Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• All original packaging, manuals, and accessories included
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) provided
• Return request submitted within the specified timeframe

Return Time Limits

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery.

Requests submitted after this 30-day period may not be eligible for refund or exchange unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact our Customer Service team with your order number.
2. Provide a brief explanation of the reason for return.
3. Wait for written return authorization and shipping instructions.
4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Requirements

Approved returns must:

• Be securely packaged to prevent transit damage
• Include the issued return authorization reference
• Be shipped within 7 days of receiving approval

FASTDRAGONTRUECOM reserves the right to inspect returned merchandise before issuing a refund.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Items marked as final sale
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Items returned without original packaging

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
